Free Shipping?

Every day, we deliver to customers throughout New Zealand. Our goal is to offer you the best standard shipping options anywhere in New Zealand free of charge to urban areas. Or a discounted rate of $5.95 to Rural areas. Just choose your shipping method at checkout.

All our orders are picked, packed and dispatched from the Kapiti Coast the same day they are received strictly Monday-Friday (no weekend dispatch or delivery). We want to ensure that we provide you with a simple and easy shopping experience and the very highest levels of responsiveness. Followed by speedy delivery to you at all times.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is dispatched it will be collected by our courier the next day. We use CourierPost and all orders are sent via Overnight, Next Working Day Delivery courier service. CourierPost is owned by NZ Post and we find them to be the fastest and most reliable delivery system in NZ. Delivery times are overnight to most urban areas, and 2-5 days for rural delivery. Please make sure you include the name of your suburb in the address to help with prompt delivery.

Please be aware that once the courier has picked up your parcel it is out of our hands and courier deliveries are sometimes delayed. My New Junior order still hasn’t arrived what can I do? 

You will have received a tracking number from New Junior when your order was dispatched. Please track your order online by clicking the link in the email or entering your tracking number at: https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/ with the details given in the email, then hit Trace Now

Do you ship internationally?

YES, currently New Junior will ship to Japan and China for a reduced rate of $9.95. For sales within Australia please purchase from https://newjunior.com.au/

How do returns work?

Our New Junior baby earmuffs are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way. You can return anything purchased from us if it proves otherwise.

We will replace it or refund your full purchase price via your credit card. We do not want you to pay for anything that is not completely 100% satisfactory.

To ensure your refund runs smoothly please :

  • Contact us at newjuniornz@gmail.com to arrange a return
  • Let us so we know why you’re not 100% satisfied with our product
  • Return the product to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery
  • Return the product to us in the same condition as you received it

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
